The register is a notebook
Attendance in a diary, fees in a second diary, and a WhatsApp group doing the work of both. Nothing adds up at month end because nothing was ever added up.
Members don't have email
Software built abroad assumes an email address per member. Here, half your members give a phone number and nothing else — and forget a password by the second visit.
GST is an afterthought
Tools built elsewhere bolt tax on. A bill without your GSTIN, your address and the right tax line is not a document your member's accountant can use.

Set up your gym
Business name, address, GSTIN and logo. These print on every bill, so the app asks for them before you enrol anyone.

Add your members
One at a time or a spreadsheet import. Each gets a member ID from your own prefix and can sign in from day one.

Raise your first bill
Pick a plan, issue the invoice, record the payment however it arrived. The GST invoice and receipt are both PDFs.
The part that compounds
The gym you run in 2031 is built on the records you keep in 2026.
A year of data tells you last year's revenue. Five years tells you which month always dips, which plan actually retains, which trainer's members stay, and what a member is worth over their whole life at your gym. None of that can be reconstructed later from a notebook — it either got recorded as it happened, or it is gone.
Everything is exportable, and every change is written to an audit log. Your history is yours, in a form you can take with you.

Do members need an email address?
No. Members sign in with a member ID and password — IWF1002, not an email address. Email and phone are contact details, not credentials. This is the single biggest reason gym software built abroad struggles here.
Is the billing GST-compliant?
Yes. Invoices carry your business name, address, GSTIN and HSN/SAC, with tax shown as its own line, and every payment produces a receipt. Both download as PDFs your member's accountant can file.
Do you take a cut of our payments?
No. There is no payment gateway in the middle taking a percentage. You collect by UPI, bank transfer, card machine or cash exactly as you do now, and record it against the member.
